ONBOARDING COACHING PROGRAM
We believe that an Executives’ first 100 Days is critical to their success and deserves careful and special attention, as it can lay the groundwork for years to come; therefore, we’ve designed a ”100 Day Onboarding / Coaching Program” based on that premise and extensive research.
Over the course of 4 months, in tailored (1-on-1) coaching sessions, our Professional Onboarding Program is designed to answer the typical questions that many executives ask in a new position. The sessions are tailored to address critical success factors and common challenges during their first 30, 60, 90 and then 100 days and beyond.

Key Criteria covered:

Facilitate, coach and co-create an onboarding and beyond blueprint for success based on performance and deliverables

Provide coaching in “real time” to address any situation(s) and concern(s) that arise in between weekly sessions

Building effective habits, performance metrics, positive rapport, winning influence, successful leadership strategies, conscious emotional intelligence, and performance expectation outcomes​​
