Every retained executive search project* includes executive assessments and an Executive Coach to guide all of our hired executives and their hiring manager as part of our First 100 Day Onboard Executive Coaching program at no additional cost. This Executive Coaching is also extended to every new hire’s immediate executive team leader. This coaching intensive is tailored for our clients' and candidates' successful launch together.  We have found that when we combine the right hire with executive coaching during an executive's first 100 days of onboarding, it measurably and dramatically increases the success and longevity of the executive and delivers the most significant ROI for our clients.
Our Process - Executive Search (A Process Made Simple* - "Transforming People to Science")
During the first week Kick Off - Create Search Document, Search Strategy and Pitch. Our tailor-made process includes developing a search strategy, position description, performance objectives and defining key competencies as well as ideal criteria to find the “perfect fit.” We then craft a compelling story, “The Pitch”, to differentiate your opportunity and appeal to top talent in today’s ultra-competitive landscape.
Within a month Research, Identify, Candidate Development and Calibrate. Our expertise then comes into play by leveraging technology, traditional research methodologies and data analytics to identify the appropriate background, credentials, personality, and performance history, through an in-depth process that produces the perfect fit.
Within 2 months Client Meetings / Candidate Interviews. 1st stage and 2nd stage. Prior to each client interview our team provides a comprehensive performance assessment that details both strengths and opportunities needed to meet performance objectives (established at the onset of the search), along with a detailed chronology of each candidate’s background to prepare you throughout the interview process.*Normal 90 Day Search Cycle is dependent on all parties and can be reduced or modified, if discussed up front
Within 90 days - Final Interviews and Decision Time. Our goal is to get to the end game within a 90-day cycle time from Kickoff. We are confident in these final stages and have helped a long list of clients navigate through a few thousand offers and negotiations and will serve as your trusted advisor(s) throughout the offer process, resignation, and counteroffer stage.
After 90 days - Executive Coaching on Us. Once our candidate joins your organization, we provide an “Onboarding Coaching Service“ that pairs them with one of our credentialed professional coaches at not additional cost*. Our Onboarding Coaching Service is geared toward achieving optimal success for both our clients and executives.
